Earliest admirer

When I was 6 years old, I went to my early education in kindergarten. The kindergarten was a stone's throw from my house. I was curious why I should be here, a lot of children boys and girls. Teasing each other, chasing each other, noise but fun. The angry and nice teacher. I walk with my mother into the class, cheerful orange walls decorated with various alphabet A, B, C and 1,2,3 numbers. Full of kids sitting at their desks and they were rather excited by my presence.

Miss Desha, a half-Indian pretty teacher with long hair dressed in a green Sari in the class greeted us and held my shoulders to the front of the class. She introduced me to the children in the class. “Be nice friend to your new cute baby friend here everyone” the teacher said. What? Baby?  What a shame.

I do not remember much about what happened in kindergarten but there is a story that reminds me until now. That happened when I was 6 years old. During recess time at the canteen, my friend and I enjoyed sharing food supplied from home. Suddenly, the first cutest boy at my kindergarten pulled my hand into the corner of the classroom not far from the canteen. I was shocked and nervous.

The boy stared into my eyes and he expressed his feelings that he likes me and he said when he grows up he wants to marry me.  At that time, my head hovering somewhere and curious about what happened exactly. My mind cannot stop thinking about what he says. We were six, and he already knows what marriage is? Not me. I do not know what it is.

Therefore, I have no response. I went back to the canteen and continued sharing food with my friend.

Yes, I let him alone.

Year after year on July 22, 2014, I found that boy cycling a bicycle in my residential neighborhood. What is sad is that the boy did not recognize me. Therefore, I showed him an old picture of us. “Oh My God, Is it you? You vastly different!” He said.

So, what is next?

We were still contacting each other but we were not close because he looked like did not believe my story. In addition, we have no reason to be close! HahahahaxD
